What is required to run Gausscope?<\/h2>

To use Gausscope, you obviously need a probe, a USB to mini-USB cable (supplied with the probe) and to install the software (supplied on a USB stick with the probe) on a tablet or laptop with a USB port and Windows 10 operating system. The probe will work once all the components are assembled and the software is running.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Does the Gausscope probe run on batteries or rechargeable batteries?<\/h2>

The Gausscope probe is powered directly by the USB – mini USB cable during operation. So there is no battery system to recharge or battery to change.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I use an operating system other than Windows 10 to run the software?<\/h2>
\n

To date, the software has only been designed to run on Windows 10.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Is the tablet supplied with the probe?<\/h2>
\n

The basic kit includes the probe, the USB – mini USB cable and the software and so does not include the tablet. However, it is possible to request the supply of the tablet as an option by sending us a request for a quote.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I have recorded electrical signals but I can’t interpret them. Can you help me?<\/h2>

Once your electrical signals have been recorded, you can send us your screenshots by email, specifying the context of your recording (e.g. phase of a three-phase motor). If you have subscribed to a diagnostic assistance package, we will help you interpret the signals as soon as possible.
