Definition of the monitoring program
MONITORING PROGRAMME
Together with our technical and commercial team, we define the essential and critical equipment for your production. We define the periodicity of the recordings and current analyses necessary for the implementation of a monitoring programme based on predictive maintenance. The 1st intervention enables the creation of the predictive maintenance inventory.
On-site surveys and interventions
READINGS AND INTERVENTIONS
Two of our qualified technicians intervene during one day (9:00-17:00) to record data with GAUSSCOPE for your equipment comprising 20 pieces of equipment (for example: 10 drives and 10 motors) including: - Travel to the site - Analysis of the equipment and setting in operating condition - Time and frequency data recording on each phase of each piece of equipment
ANALYSIS AND EXPERT ASSESSMENT
ANALYSIS AND EXPERT ASSESSMENT
Once we have carried out the intervention and the measurements on your site, we analyse the data and draw up a report on the intervention and recommendations for your equipment.
